XSculpt

Totality Sculpt's XSculpt

This low impact strength-based class improves endurance. The XSculpt method uses the XFormer machine to provide slow resistance training, the most effective way to build muscle and burn fat. It is a functional method of training, which means that you are working your muscles in a way that aids in injury prevention and graceful aging. This method uses hands-on corrections and has mirrors around the room as form is the most important aspect for the highest level of total body burnout.

XSculpt

This method is full body and designed to burnout your muscles to the point of fatigue. The standard 45 minute class focuses equally on both sides of the body - including glutes, legs, obliques, center core and upper body. The emphasis is on creating healthy, sculpted, balanced bodies. Results can be experienced after only 5 classes. Totality Sculpt recommends taking 3 classes in under 2 weeks to get the full expereince and feel more confident in the method and on the machine.
