The Totality Sculpt Method

All three modalities go hand-in-hand to create the perfect full body movement experience. Each modality complements the other, following the methodology of Totality Sculpt. The methodology includes:

  1. Functional Strength Training - this is the focus on developing muscles used daily to age healthy and gracefully as well as improve posture and prevent injury.
  2. No to Low Impact + High Intensity - this makes it safe for virtually anyone, while still turning up the power to get a full body workout.
  3. Resistance Based - this burns both slow and fast twitch muscle fibers, allowing the full muscle to fatigue and thus building endurance. This is the most effective way to tone muscles and burn fat in less time.
