Studio Policies

  1. All new clients must arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class. No exceptions. All clients may not attend class 3 minutes after class start time. If a class is waitlisted, and you are not at the studio 2 minutes prior to class start time, then your class may be given up to someone on the waitlist and/or in the studio.
  2. XSculpt clients must wear grip socks during class. Refusal to do so will remove you from class without a refund.
  3. Climb clients are required to wear gym shoes. Refusal to do so will remove you from class without a refund.
  4. Late Cancels are cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time. Clients receive their class credit back but are charged $15 to the card on file. Any discrepancies with Late Cancel charges must be emailed to within 48 hours of class start time.
  5. No Shows are when clients do not show up to class and do not cancel prior. No Shows are charged $25 to the card on file and do NOT receive their class credit back. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are checked in with front desk staff; if there is no front desk representative, the client is responsible for checking in with their instructor. Any discrepancies with No Show charges must be emailed to within 48 hours of class start time.
  6. Every client is required to keep an updated card on file. We are a cashless facility.
  7. Clients are required to fulfill balances on their account (i.e., No Show fees, Late Cancel fees, etc.) before they are allowed to take class. Refusal to do so will result in losing your class credit and being unable to take class.
  8. No use of cell phones during class. If there is a reason you need your cell phone with you, please make sure the instructor is okay with it before class. All calls must be taken to the lobby or outside.
  9. The schedule and instructors are subject to change. If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. weather, electrical or plumbing issues, etc.), you will be notified as soon as possible and will be returned your class credit. While our goal is not to change instructors within the 12 hour Late Cancel period, life happens and there may be substitutions. If you no longer want to take class due to an instructor substitution, you are still required to remove yourself from class as normal.
  10. Totality Sculpt has zero tolerance for disrespect. Rude, offensive, judgmental or any conduct determined by management to be detrimental to the overall experience of our clients may result in you being asked to leave and/or membership termination. Our number one goal is to be a safe and productive space for everybody.
